If you complete a course in the previous fiscal year, the course will show up as "completed" and you will hit "re-take". Once you re-take the course, your certificate will show the recent date of completion. For FY25, any completion certificate with a date prior to 2/26/25 means you need re-take the course.

If you started a course more than 6 months ago and didn't complete it, it will need to be reset. Contact cberger3@uic.edu and include the course title and ask for it to be reset.

Current policy states that all Prime Agency staff funded by the Comprehensive Program are required to take all of orientation modules.
